JBJ Management was the consultant for the Balfour-Austin-Russell-Austin joint venture that built the New Parkland and had over 40% minority participation in terms of contractors on that job.
JBJ provided public engagement with community meetings, vendor outreach, town hall meetings with elected officials and one on one meetings with executive leadership for Parkland and community leaders. That team then added Carcon Industries, a Hispanic female-owned firm, and bid and won Terminal A at DFW Airport which is now the premier terminal at DFW.

Finally out of that team was born the largest minority-owned JV, Azteca-HJ Russell at the time to build the bridge between the new Parkland and the old Parkland hospital on Harry Hines and JBJ was the consultant for that team as well and provided the same services.
