For the nation’s first high-speed rail, JBJ created the Texas Central Business & Workforce Opportunity Strategic Plan to ensure inclusion, sustainability, and workforce development. The team also led community outreach, crisis management around eminent domain, and government relations that advanced the project into permitting.
