Mission

The JBJ Equity Committee works to advocate for and drive positive change by harnessing the
power of research, education, and action to create a diverse and inclusive work environment
where every voice is heard and valued, address systemic inequities, and improve overall
company culture.

Our commitment is threefold:

   1. Research and Understanding: We diligently gather and analyze data to gain deep
    insights into the issues of discrimination and how to prevent and combat workplace
    inequities through diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. By understanding these
    unique challenges and opportunities, we empower ourselves with knowledge.

   2. Resource Empowerment: Armed with insights, we aim to be a wellspring of resources.
   We provide support, tools, and educational materials to uplift and promote diversity of
    thought. We recognize that diversity is not only represented by demographics, but also
    by a variety of perspectives, ideas, and experiences.

   3. Setting the Standard: Our ultimate aspiration is to lead by example. We aspire to help
